Joining the Senior Activity Group at United Perdido Bay Methodist Church

I love meeting the folks who attend my author talks. There's something I always find amazing during these readings--I'm finding that parents and grandparents buy the book for their very young children or grandchildren--and even children and grandchildren who aren't even born yet! They tell me they want a book about the Holocaust, a book that offers messages of inclusion, compassion, and caring for each other, to be in the library when the child is old enough to read it. In a time when hate

groups and antisemitism are on the rise, hearing these words gives me hope.
